Any posted material which are reproductions of prior works by you shall be co-owned by us. You acknowledge that MCA has the right but not the obligation to use and display any postings or contributions of any kind and that MCA may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof), at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Peoria, IL. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Class Action Waiver
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren’t allowed. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.
Severability
If any clause within this Provision (other than the Class Action Waiver clause above) is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed from this Provision, and the remainder of this Provision will be given full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, this entire Provision will be unenforceable and the dispute will be decided by a court.
Billing Address
Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
Refunds & Cancellations
100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product. Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded via check. You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
Refunds/Cancellations
Customers eligible to receive only one (1) refund within any 30-day period per digital product. Meaning, if a customer requests a refund on a digital product, they are not eligible for an additional refund on that same digital product if they purchase it again. For shipped items, customers are eligible to receive on refund within a 30 day period. Upon return of a shipped item, to ensure that your return product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund. MCA Monthly Membership cancellations outside of the first thirty (30) days are not pro-rated and are non-refundable. Billing will end with the current billing period. If all courses with lifetime access are refunded, customers will no longer be eligible for MCA Monthly Access and their account(s) will be cancelled under the refund/cancellation terms above.
